Internal control tools used within hierarchical organizational structures

Using the example of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RF, the work examines variants of the most effective inspections to be built and conducted in the subordinate organizations. The work includes ready models of cumulative expenditures that take into account inspection expenses as well as the losses incurred by errors and violations. The analysis tools include simulation and regression models as well as the means of multicriteria optimization.
