Optimal planning of distributed control systems with active elements

It is shown that the solution of the problem of optimizing the structure of an active control system consists in choosing its configuration in the form of successive subsystems with branching resource flows. Rational distribution of management tasks is carried out from the positions of information and aggregative-decomposition approaches.
