Diffraction of X-ray at the exit of microchannel plates

The investigation of diffraction of X-ray, propagated through the structure of microchannel polycapillary waveguide, is presented at this paper. Both experimental and theoretical results of spatial distribution of radiation intensity at the ending of microchanell plates are included. For theoretical description of restricted X-ray beam diffraction the model of plane antenna array was used. The results of calculation are in good correspondence to experimental data, obtained with the use of monochromatic synchrotron radiation.
