Modeling the non-homogeneous media with specific refraction coefficient

The new approach for creating the non-homogeneous media with specific refraction coefficient is proposed. The electromagnetic wave scattering problem is solved at condition that the embedded in the initial homogeneous media bodies are small and described by their surface impedance. The numerical results confirm the possibility to create the media with the new refraction coefficient that changes in the range of 30%-40% in comparison with its initial value.
