Information systems development for open data analysis

The use of open data is important for digital transformation of society. It effects on economics, industry, education etc. Therefore the development of information systems for open data analysis becomes more necessary. This paper presents an approach to develop open data based information systems. The approach consists of data processing algorithm and basic unit structure. Furthermore, the paper provides the technical solutions which can be used to realize proposed structure. The approach has been used on experimental research of financial transaction open data.
