Contribution of improvements to E-learning systems while going from web 3.0 to web 4.0: Programming education example

Web development shows itself in the e-learning environment. Developments in the e-learning environment are expected to provide high motivation, cooperative and more constructive experiences for students. In terms of being able to provide convenience in technological harmonization process which is in need of professionalism, programming skills are also included in today's needs. E-learning environments offer alternatives for students to develop programming skills more effectively in a shorter time. In this study, the main features of Web versions are mentioned and emphasis is given to other Web versions of Web 3.0. It has been attempted to specify how the concepts related to Web 3.0, such as metadata, large data, connected data, cloud computing, internet of objects, personal assistants, 3D applications, etc. can contribute to programming education. The contributions of Web 3.0's developments to e-learning environments and how to improve the programming skills of students have been exough the example of programming education.
