A multi agent system for cloud of clouds elasticity management

Elasticity feature is the most important asset for cloud-based systems compared to other technologies. This property grants the ability to dynamically adjust cloud resources allocation when needed in autonomic manner. The efficient management of cloud elastic system is a challenging task. This paper proposes an approach based on multi agent system for Cloud of Clouds Elasticity Management. The Interacting agents cooperate with each other; according to a protocol in order to ensure cloud elasticity through strategic solutions at both micro level (intra cloud) and macro level (inter cloud).
