Impacts of inter-governmental transfer on income of rural households

The most fundamental reasons for financial support for agricultural development include ensuring national food security and increasing rural incomes. The designated use of special transfer payments will be more conducive to the goal of increasing food production and increasing the incomes of farmers. However, such problems as here are many problems such as the inefficiencies in the use of agricultural related transfer payments and the urgent need to reform the agricultural related transfer payments. In order to solve these problems, this thesis put forward that inter-governmental grants in agricultural field should be operated with block grants rather than the current specific grants.
