From radiography to tomography 3D sensor array receptors

The history of sensors array (SA) X-ray radiography receptors development shows a big possibility in characteristics optimization and stable position of SA receptors on world market. New generation of SA receptors has 3D architecture. That allows to optimize parameters of CMOS SA receptors for fluoroscopic, linear and cone beam tomography units. Extra big field of view and frame rate (more than 300 fps) of CMOS SA receptors gives unique possibility for system development.
