Analysis of the overall structure optimization of a high-speed mobile radar

The indicating and tracking accuracy of a radar is very dependent on the accuracy of the reflector, and is directly up to the rigidity and stability of its overall structure under various working conditions. As for the reliability of the overall structure of a high-speed mobile radar (hereinafter referred to as "the Radar"), the finite element model has been established with the method of stepped discretization before combination based on the Lanczoc method, and dynamic characteristics of the Radar have been analyzed. With the aid of a finite element simulation software (ABAQUS), design of the lifting mechanism in the overall radar structure has been optimized, and dynamic characteristics have been analyzed, and variations of parameters such as the inherent frequency, vibration mode and amplitude of the first three orders of the overall structure have been compared. The calculations show that after the structure optimization, mode parameters of the first three orders of the overall system have demonstrated good rigidity of the vehicle platform and lifting mechanism, the first-order frequency has increased by 221%, and the maximum amplitude has decreased by 45%.
