Triple-band GCPW rectifier for harvesting EM energy

A novel GCPW (Grounded Coplanar Waveguide) triple-band rectifier operating at 1.8GHz, 2.45GHz and 5.8GHz is proposed. The simulated maximum conversion efficiency at three frequencies are 73.1%, 65.2% and 54.9%, respectively. When the input power is 6dBm, the efficiency more than 50% covers bands from 1.4GHz to 2.5GHz and from 5.63GHz to 5.83GHz. The rectifier is suitable for harvesting EM energy on the low power density condition.
