Murphy-good emission theory for earthed spherical nanoemitters

The Murphy-Good methodology has been followed in order to find the field and thermal emission current densities from an earthed conducting nanosphere. The regions of validity of the resulting expressions have been found in F-T parameter space. This methodology can be straightforwardly applied to other one-dimensional emission problems, such as isolated spheres or planar electrodes in contact with plasmas, by formulating the barrier-form correction factor in terms of parameters which are independent of W so that the expansions of Eqs. 9 and 14 remain unchanged.
