Micro fluidic single embryo culture systems in PDMS

We have designed, built and tested a micro fluidic system from poly(dimethylsiloxane) capable of culturing individual, preimplantation mouse embryos. The embryos are held stationary in "parking places" while media flows over them. The channels are 200 /spl mu/m deep and 200 /spl mu/m wide.
