Iron loss model under DC dias flux density considering temperature influence

DC bias flux density exists in many types of electrical machines such as permanent-magnet synchronous machines (PMSM), brushless DC machines (BLDC) and switched reluctance motors (SRM), etc. Iron loss models under DC bias flux density at constant temperature are reviewed and evaluated by the ring specimen test in this study. In this study, the improved model is experimentally verified firstly by the ring specimen test at different alternating flux density, frequency, DC bias flux density and temperature.
