The reaction control system based on cold gas for attitude control of a testing launcher

The paper presents some aspects regarding the mathematical model for a reaction control system based on cold gas used for attitude control of testing launcher. The work develops separated models for the fuel tank, flow regulator, nozzle flow control and commands forming in order to test the roll control system and evaluate the attitude control system of the testing launcher. To describe the launcher flight parameters, we use a previously developed model and presented in RAST 2015 with 6 DOF. The novelty of the paper consists in integration of the reaction control system model in the launcher model with the purpose of evaluating the behavior of the entire system as part of the launcher design step.
