A dynamic voltage control scheme by employing cooperative game theory

In this paper, a robust and novel scheme has been presented for maintaining voltage stability in power system and returning back the voltage magnitude of all busbars within the permissible range in a post-disturbance condition. By employing the cooperative game theory concepts, including Shapley-Shubik index, reactive power resources (including tap changer transformers, reactors and capacitor banks) are divided among the players (including those busbars which have experienced the voltage violation) fairly and according to their needs for returning back to the normal and safe condition. The obtained numerical results from simulations of Nordic 32 test system, acknowledge the effectiveness and reliability of the presented algorithm.
