The efficiency of the RES installations in typical household — a case study

The renewable energy systems installed by private household owner were examined. The paper presents the configurations of considered systems as well as the evaluation of their exploitation efficiency. The amortization time of the investment presented was estimated. The main obstacles for development of renewable energy systems in Poland were considered.
