The policy performance evaluation of new energy automobile industry based on DEA method

In view of the effect of industrial policy implementation, we constructed a policy performance evaluation index system based on “input-output” after deeply study the related research results of the performance evaluation of policy and the status quo of new energy vehicle industry in Sichuan province. This paper use EDA method to evaluate the samples from the aspects of effectiveness, scale benefit and projection analysis. Finally, the paper puts forward the policy optimization measures to provide reference on the development of new energy vehicles for the long-term strategic policy and short-term stage adjustment policy of Sichuan Province.
