Problems and promotion of R&D project selection in Finnish high-tech manufacturing companies

Many different methods have been developed for R&D project selection. However, few studies have practically analyzed the problems of selection processes in companies. In this study, the authors have comprehensively analyzed important practical problems of R&D project selection in five high-tech Finnish manufacturing companies, and clarified effective means to solve these problems.
