EMC legacy II smart drives and xplore access to the IEEE EMC symposium proceedings

The EMC Society of the IEEE has funded an EMC Legacy II project that has put the IEEE International Symposiums from 1964-1999 on a “Smart Drive” as well as placing them on the IEEE Xplore web site. This effort, in conjunction with an earlier EMC Legacy I project that put the IEEE International Symposiums from 2000-2014 on a “Smart Drive”, has now made available the EMC Symposium records from the IEEE EMC Society on Xplore for all members of the Society to access at no charge.
