Benelux EMC chapter news: congratulations to Stefan van de Beek!

On 17 November 2016, Stefan van de Beek defended his Ph.D. thesis titled ''Vulnerability Analysis of the Wireless Infrastructure to Intentional Electromagnetic Interference'' at the University of Twente. The promotion ceremony is rather formal in The Netherlands, which many people would not expect in a country which is often very informal. Many readers of this magazine will recognize Stefan as he was the recipient of the 2015 IEEE EMC Symposium Best Student paper award. He was also the main author of the EMC Europe 2016 best paper.
