Implementing quantum cryptography algorithms for data security

Information means power, and information transmission has to be performed in a secure way. The paper presents the implementation of a simulated BBM92 protocol using a graphical interface, and a real quantum encryption system application with grid communication technology, with detailed description of the system structure and performed operations and of the communication stations menu and parameters.
