A study on the satisfaction with the service quality by land administration agent in Taiwan

The purposes of the study are: to test the quality of services provided by the Land Administration Agent in Taiwan through PZB, a model of service quality; through the weighted differences showed by the important factors in the evaluation of service quality of the Land Administration Agent by the customers, we could understand which professional abilities and service items should be enhanced and tried to construct and integrate the model for evaluating the quality of services provided by Land Administration Agent. The security of real estate trading could be secured and the people's interest in property could be protected.
