An experimental analysis of output voltage characteristics in cockcroft-walton circuit with SiC diode and input inductor

This paper proposes the Cockcroft-Walton circuit with SiC diodes and an input inductor. The proposed circuit is focused on LC resonance between the junction capacitors and the input inductor. It is experimentally clarified that the LC resonance causes the output voltage to increase.
