A concept for the intrinsic dielectric strength of dielectric insulation materials

Discusses the equations given in the original paper (see ibid., vol.22, p.573-89, 1987). For the binomial distribution an equation is given that is more accurate, because the two coefficients of the binomial are obtained from the first two terms of the expression's development.<
