Composite distribution for one-way packet delay in the global network

The paper contains an analysis of the performance of IP performance metrics, together with the introduction of a new type of distribution function for oneway network delay. Experimental measurements of IP performance metrics were performed using the hardware and software complex NetTestBox, with the hypothesis regarding the choice of a new type of distribution checked using the Pearson test. Finally, conclusions are made with respect to the dynamics of performance metrics over the last 15 years.
