Design and simulation of a foldable hexagon array solar panel for electric vehicles

Hexagonal array solar cell as the energy of the solar car, and further analyzes it. This article describes the working principle of the solar cells. Establishing the simulation model for the solar mathematical module, and get the same solar cells output characteristic curves in any number of series and parallel at different temperatures and different light intensity based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. Meanwhile designing an array solar panel consisted of various kinds of different parameters solar cells. By analyzing the output characteristics of the actual solar cells module, verify the feasibility and the importance of the simulation module.
