Room-temperature mid-infrared photodetector via hybrid graphene nanoribbon-C60 phototransistor

We demonstrated that depositing C⁶⁰ film on graphene nanoribbons greatly enhance the electron trapping efficiency. As a result, the graphene nanoribbon photodetectors with C60 layer exhibits high responsivity of ∼0.4 A/W under infrared laser (10 μm) illumination at room temperature.
