A Pedagogical Method For Teaching Diode's Characteristic Curves

This paper presents a pedagogical method for teaching diode's characteristic curve in laboratory using an oscilloscope without current probe. The results obtained by the instrument are compared to others obtained by simulation using an electronic simulation software. In addition, the method also allows to apply op-amp.
