Tunable single bandpass microwave photonic filter based on phase compensated silicon-on-insulator microring resonator

A tunable single bandpass microwave photonic filter exhibiting narrowband RF response with more than 20 dB sideband suppression ratio and an improved shape factor is proposed and experimentally demonstrated based on phase compensated silicon-on-insulator microring resonator.
