A general purpose hydrodynamic solver for the simulation of semiconductor devices

We have developed a general purpose 2-D HD solver which is capable of solving different HD models on virtually the same computer code. The code is written so that it dose not depend on a specific form of the model/parameters which is only introduced at the final stage.
