Re-engineering a motor and drive simulation tool for the advanced consulting environment

A drive simulation tool is re-engineered to allow nonspecialist users to model and analyse complex motor drive systems. This is achieved by re-designing the simulation environment to embody the problem domain. Towards this end, a visual interactive modelling and simulation environment called Visual CASED has been developed.
