Specific formulation for high frequency eddy-currents

The authors present a formulation which permits the computation of the eddy currents which appear when the skin-depth is so small that they may be considered as located on the surface. It only needs to mesh the surface and it directly uses the surface current as a state variable in a boundary element method.
