A "cookbook" cost analysis procedure for medical information systems

A costing procedure for medical information systems is described. The procedure incorporates state-of-the-art costing methods in an easy to follow "cookbook" format. Application of the procedure consists of filling out a series of Mac-Tor EZ-Cost forms. The procedure and forms have been field tested by application to a cardiovascular database system.
