A 10Gb/s GaAs MESFET Equalizer IC Module

In this paper, a total design methodology for wideband high-gain amplifiers and packages is presented. A relatively mature GaAs MESFET technology, SAINT [4], is used as a high-speed device technology. Based on these technologies, a 10 Gb/s monolithic IC equalizer module is obtained for the first time.
