EMC Legacy II: the second effort at capturing past IEEE International EMC Symposium records

Last year the IEEE EMC Society developed a USB Memory Stick and a separate CD for storing the IEEE International EMC Symposium records from 2000 - 2014. This effort was funded by the History Committee of the EMC Society and was handled through the IEEE staff organization.
