Supplements to “Theoretical and Experimental Study of Effective Coupling Length for Transmission Lines Illuminated by HEMP”

A previous paper studied the effective coupling length (ECL) for transmission lines illuminated by high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) theoretically and experimentally. However it did not consider the effect of the relative dielectric constant of the ground on the ECL. This paper studies the effect of the relative dielectric constant.
