Traceable DC − 18 GHz characterization of coaxial 50 Ω impedance standards

Traceable calibrations of the impedance of 1-port coaxial 50 Ω standards have been performed using low-frequency techniques below 10 kHz and high-frequency techniques above 500 MHz. The agreement of these results supports the application of these standards in traceable calibration of LCR meters and vector network analyzers in the intermediate frequency range between 10 kHz and 500 MHz.
