A new type of intelligent linear electric actuator and vibration detection

Electric actuator is very important in industrial control field. Linear electric actuator is widely used in linear motion of valve switch or modulating control. A new type of intelligent linear electric actuator, with compact structure, high travel speed, high sensitivity and low noise, is present. And parameters test was inevitable before actuators leave the factory. At present, vibration characteristics of linear electric actuator involved little. In this paper, built the vibration experimental system based on STC electric vibration table, simulated the industrial field of random vibration test, and analyzed the vibration test data. The results prove that this type of linear electric actuator can meet the national standard and the industrial requirements.
