Method Construction for Risk Factors Identification of Public Hospital Operation

Except traditional clinical risk, hospitals face increasingly number of hazards threatening their daily operation, including natural disasters, public health crisis, and societal security incidents etc. To promote the ability of hazard prevention and emergency response, hospitals need to take measures in risk assessment and risk management, the first step of which is risk factors identification. Here we put forward an event-oriented method for risk factors identification, whereby we figure out the medium and root risk-caused factors of potential emergencies as complete as possible. The study also provide the bases for further risk assessment and risk management, since we tease out the relationship between the risk events and their risk factors.
