Agreement formation for inverse manufacturing

To perform inverse manufacturing, the social aspect, how the people accept the idea is one important factor, especially for those who regard the inverse manufacturing system as a new concept. However high the technology develops, without the social agreement or acceptance of the new method, it is very difficult to apply the new system into society. Since there is hardly any report scientifically analyzing the agreement formation process, the author studied the agreement formation records in Japan, including the social conflict process. The analysis of the cases could show some common pattern to obtain an agreement. Therefore the model for the case leading towards the solution is presented. However the motives for the conflict were based on social selfishness or individual differences in the recognition of the risks. Through the survey work, the author also introduces the common factors leading toward agreement.
