Personalized and adaptive mobile elearning for cultural education

This paper presents the design and implementation of a eLearning system which supports personalized and adaptive eLearning. The courses and services are especially designed so as to be accessible through mobile networks and devices. The training modules are aiming mainly in Life-Long Learning through cultural education.
