Synthesis of minimax sidelobes for arbitrary arrays

This paper presents a synthesis algorithm to minimize the maximum sidelobe level for an arbitrary array. Similar to Dolph-Chebyshev patterns, the minimax array patterns for arbitrary arrays have uniform sidelobes.
