Propagation in wide tunnels at 2 GHz: a statistical analysis

This paper describes the main statistical characteristics of the propagation channel in a tunnel of large transverse dimensions, with the carrier frequency being near 2 GHz. Theoretical and experimental results on the fading distribution as well as those deduced from a wide-band analysis are presented.
