Research on SLA information model based on SID

Referring to the international specifications on NGOSS released by TMF (eTOM which specifies the Business Process Framework and SID which describes the Shared Information/Data and SLA which describes the service level agreement in NGOSS knowledge base), and domestic business specifications and status of related to BSS/OSS, the author studied the materials related to the SLA Information Model in OSS, explored the information modeling methods. It includes the correlation content of SLA information model from resource, service to customer.
