Quality Of The Aluminium Press-on Contacts For Glass To Silicon Bonding

In this present paper a glass to silicon bonding experiment is described. A test chip was designed and realized containing special structures to study the performance of the different type of contacts between metal patterns on the silicon and glass surfaces. The other goal was to examine the step coverage of the aluminium patterns on glass.
