Research of parameters and anti-demagnetization of rare-earth-less permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor

This paper analyzed the parameters and anti-demagnetization of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMSynRM) with concentrated and distributed windings. The operating point formulation of each permanent magnet(PM) layer was deduced by establishing the demagnetization magnetic circuit model of multi-layer PM structure. A method was proposed to improve the anti-demagnetization consistency of each PM layer. Finally a prototype was made depend on this method, the improvement of anti-demagnetization consistency of distributed windings PMSynRM has been verified, the prototype was developed to be applied to the variable speed compressor.
