Hierarchical feedback control of linear interconnected dynamical systems with time delays

A method to provide multilevel optimization and feedback control for linear time-delay systems is modified by including the time-delay terms in the interconnections, making the system an equivalent nondelay one. The analysis uses a standard hierarchical feedback control scheme.<
