Study on establishment of mathematical model to detect video speedometer

This paper proposes a method for detecting video speedometer, use software to simulate video about cars running at various standard speeds. And use these video to detect whether the video speedometer is accurate. And focuses on the process of establishing this detection method using Direct3D build mathematical models and methods.
