High Density PWM Recording And Rewritable Capability In The GeSbTe Phase Change System By Using Visual Laser Beam At Lower Linear Velocity

Recently, the investigations on optical media are being done for the high density recording and/or one beam overwrite in magneto-optical[ 1,2] and phase change[3,4] systems. Phase change type optical media are promising candidates for visual laser beam recording because of its easy tunable optical properties for irradiating light.
